We launched with engagements at the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations (London, UK), and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (Copenhagen, Denmark), and are pleased to continue our expansion in 2018.

Jessica Burlingame

FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL

 

Jessica Burlingame is Founder and Principal of Agon Advisors. Her background in strategy consulting, leadership development, individual and team coaching, and theater arts informs Agon’s high-impact, proprietary talent development solutions. Ms. Burlingame holds an MBA and BA from Columbia University. She trained as a theatre director, educator, and performer with Shakespeare & Company, the École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She collaborates frequently with the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations (London, UK), originator of the Group Relations methodology of leadership assessment and development.

 

Jessica has been recognized globally for her individual and group coaching work with MBA and EMBA candidates, and pursued coach training via the ICF-certified Newfield Network (Boulder, CO). She completed additional undergraduate studies at the University of Bologna, Italy.
